How Does THRIVE Detox Work?
THRIVE Detox is divided into a morning and evening program over 10 days.
The AM formula assists in releasing and cleansing toxins and heavy metals from the body. Three capsules taken every morning are carefully formulated to target toxins in key organs.
The PM formula continues the process by detoxifying and removing these newly released toxins and metals. Three capsules are taken before bed to make sure toxins are flushed from the body.

What are the Recommended Diet Tips for THRIVE Detox?
Try to follow the diet guidelines provided with the purchase of the THRIVE 10-Day Total Detox as closely as possible. What you eat during the detox makes a big difference! Below are just a few recommendations.
- It’s not recommended to use the 3-Step THRIVE Experience while on the 10-Day Total Detox. However, you can still use Step 3 of the THRIVE Experience, a DFT.
- Drink 60 – 100 oz of filtered water or mineral water each day. Tip: Prepare jugs of water in advance in the amount you need to drink that day; place water bottles around the house, in your car, and at your desk.
- Eat fish and legumes instead of animal proteins. Legumes like chickpeas, lentils, black beans and kidney beans are all great choices.
- White rice is allowed! Even though you won’t be eating other starches and grains, white rice will help satisfy some of your carb cravings.
- It’s best to limit prolonged or strenuous exercise during your detox, so try walking or yoga.
What Do I Do If I’m Hungry?
It’s normal to initially feel hungry during a detox. This feeling should decrease over time but if you’re struggling with hunger and fatigue, make sure you’re getting enough calories. If you aren’t used to a vegetarian and low grain diet, getting enough calories may feel like you’re eating more food than you normally would. That’s ok! Eat as much of the listed foods as you like.

10-Day Example Meal Plan and Guide to Make THRIVE Detox a Breeze
The key to success when doing a THRIVE Detox is planning ahead. Knowing in advance what you can and can’t eat makes it easier to battle the cravings. You’ll be less tempted by the Rocky Road calling to you from the freezer on day 3 if you have a yummy and healthy snack planned. There are many tasty food options to help you stick to the recommended diet guidelines.
We’ve prepared a 10-day example meal plan to give you some ideas that can help you start the detox with confidence and to finish well. Most of the lunches and snacks can be prepped in advance, making it easy to take your lunch and snacks to work.
If you have littles and/or a partner who isn’t into tofu or a meal of veggies, don’t worry. You can add meat to most of these dinner ideas to keep everyone in the house happy. *Tip: Make it easy on yourself and buy frozen grilled chicken or hamburger patties; just make sure it doesn’t end up on your plate!
