2 packets of Apple Pie Lifestyle Mix
1 cup almond milk
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
Recipe:
1. Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Ingredients:
2 cups rolled quick oats

1 banana
2 eggs
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. pumpkin spice
¼ tsp. salt
1 cup milk of choice
Recipe:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Let the batter sit for a few minutes to thicken.
2. Using a ¼ cup scoop, pour onto a heated pan for pancakes or pour into your waffle maker.
