On-The-Run Lifestyle Shake

For those mornings when you’re running behind, this smoothie is fast to make and packed with immune-boosting goodness. The handful of spinach provides fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and Folic Acid. 

The Thrive Vanilla Lifestyle Mix is our favorite base for THRIVE smoothies; you can keep it simple or add extra ingredients. Vanilla Lifestyle Mix already contains 15 g of protein so feel free to either cut the almond butter, or add an extra spoonful, for an even more nutty flavor.


1 packet of THRIVE Vanilla Lifestyle Mix

1 cup of coconut milk, oat milk or low-fat milk

1 tbsp almond butter

1 large handful of spinach

½ banana

Creamsicle Lifestyle Shake

This creamiest of THRIVE smoothies makes for an easy and tasty breakfast. Hemp seeds boost brain health and are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. If you find yourself getting hungry before lunch, add a handful of oats for a more filling THRIVE smoothie. Turn this into a smoothie bowl by using frozen orange slices instead of orange juice. Then top the smoothie bowl with almonds and raspberries.

½ cup orange juice (or frozen orange slices)

¼ cup yogurt

1 frozen banana

2 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional: a handful of oats

Summer Sunrise Lifestyle Shake

Whether you’re sipping this by the pool or on your way out the door, the Summer Sunrise Lifestyle Shake is breakfast made easy and delicious. The mix of tropical fruits gives this smoothie a bright flavor. Yogurt makes for a creamy texture and extra protein. ½ cup of mixed frozen fruit (pineapple, strawberry, mango)

1 frozen banana

½ cup fruit juice (orange or pineapple)

¼ cup yogurt

Chocolate Energy Lifestyle Shake

Some mornings you just need chocolate. This decadent smoothie isn’t just delicious, it’s rich in flavor and protein.
