Morning Shakes for Weight Loss That Will Keep You Full Until Lunchtime

If you thought a delicious, complete, morning shake for weight loss was hard to make, think again!  Luckily, with only a little bit of effort, you can whip up a morning shake that will keep you satisfied for hours. 

Our base is THRIVE Premium Lifestyle Mix.  The mix contains Le-Vel’s blend of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, plant extracts and amino acids to support your lean muscle development, weight management and fitness goals. It comes in 6 flavors including seasonal favorites like Candy Cane and Pumpkin Spice.  You can just blend it with water or your favorite milk but when you add in a few more ingredients, you have a healthy meal on the go. Try one, two or all of the following recipes, each featuring one of the four flavors in the Lifestyle Mix variety box – vanilla, chocolate, strawberry and apple pie.

Tropical Shake

1 packet or scoop Vanilla Lifestyle Mix

3/4 cup of coconut milk

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup of frozen cubed mangos

Blend and pour into a glass or make it into a smoothie bowl and top with shredded coconut and chopped macadamia nuts. 

Peppermint Patty Shake

1 packet or scoop Chocolate Lifestyle Mix

3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

½ cup Greek yogurt

20-30 fresh mint leaves

Blend thoroughly and garnish with a mint leaf.

Strawberry Banana Shake

1 packet or scoop of Strawberry Lifestyle Mix

3-4 frozen strawberries

1 frozen banana

1 cup of vanilla almond milk

1 Tbsp. of Chia seeds

Blend and let sit for five minutes before drinking.

Peanut Butter Apple Pie Shake

1 packet or scoop of Apple Pie Lifestyle Mix

1 Tbsp. of peanut butter

1/2 cup of oat milk

2/3 cup of applesauce

1 small frozen banana

Blend until smooth. Optional: Top with chopped peanuts and fresh apple slices.

¾ cup unsweetened almond milk

½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt

2 tsp. butter extract
