How to Make THRIVE Protein Balls
Try these THRIVE protein balls! EASY to make, and a HEALTHY option to add to your snack selection. Recipe from Promoter, Missy Krempp.
- 1 pack of Vanilla THRIVE Lifestyle Mix for protein (also has vitamins, minerals, probiotics, antioxidants and BCAAs)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of (mix it up, your choice: ground flax seed, chia seed, hemp seed, wheat germ)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or any nut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
